  Seems like 1 is the average number of stars you guys keep getting. I understand the rush of peak times but seriously.... More sauce all over the box than on the actual burger. Chips soggier than your straws get and as always, can't do thickshakes for the kids for whatever reason you decide to make up. It's honestly my own fault for continuing to give you chances based on the sole fact that youre local. Either sack your staff or train them properly

  Not sure if they're just always busy but the ice cream machine seems to never be working and there always at least 1 item missing. Coffee is great in the mornings though.

  we’ve tried giving this place a bit of sympathy but each time we come they forget our sauces, even when we ask “did you put the sauce in?” they say yes, and sure enough when we check it’s not. it’s just so frustrating because it’s such a small thing to lie about and/or forget. what’s the point of a drive through when we have to go in every time.

  Took over an hour for our order of fries and 2 frappes to be prepared with further wait to be delivered.. we live just down the road AND the fries were old and cold. What an absolute joke. Next time we’ll just drive to a decent maccas. Lesson learnt.

  If I could give a zero star I would ! Stuffed up the order, COLD product presened , extremely rude manager who definitely needs training to learn how to speak as a human being to customers. I can't imagine such a disgraceful man being made a manager. Must have been extremely short of other talent or ability when employing him. Carrum Downs store probably the worst store in metropolitan area .NEVER AGAIN
