  Probably the rudest customer service i have ever received. Drove all the way from Brunswick on a Sunday to buy their brand of oil, since no one else sells it and I needed it urgently. Got there at 2:31pm, just as the staff were leaving. Apparently they shut at 2:30. They wouldn't stay open for me, even though I explained their website says they shut at 3:30pm, or else I wouldn't have made the 1 hour trip to get there. Disgraceful service. Both Wayne and his other staff member were completely indifferent to my situation. I even called twice on the way there asking then to wait just 5 mins once I realised their website was wrong, both said no and were quite flippant about it. One of them told me i could try the Queensland store, since that was open Sunday (I live in Melbourne). Will never shop there again, they clearly don't care about their customers.

  These people are hopeless, they have next to no knowledge about anything. They are rude, leave you standing for up to an hour before getting to you. The people at the Frankston store are top notch, but aren't open Sunday.
