    Their manager is extremely rude, unhelpful and annoying.

    Had to renew my Australian passport. Everything was done, had all the correct approvals from all the justice of pace members, yet the store manager kept asking me for birth certificate, my first passport (from when I was child) and a photo ID from 20 years ago.

    It was like she was getting aroused by performing poorly at her job.

    Had to go to Frankston Store for this one simple task.
