  Horrible, Ordered a bunch of Star Wars items and all the figures were falling off the cards. They do not care at all about packaging your item. Everything is crammed into a undersized box with absolutely no protection. I requested a return 4 days ago because I was send destroyed opened items and still have not heard a response. I am going straight to Paypal soon. STAY AWAY!

  Never received my package. They kept lying saying I wasn’t responding to emails. I showed proof that I was. They said they would open up an investigation. They never got back to me after that. I emailed them, they lied again and said they already messaged me. As you can see it’s a constant unprofessional cycle. They said my package might have been stolen and it’s nothing they can do about it. I don’t suggest this website to anyone. I would understand if they told me from the beginning they wasn’t giving me my refund but they kept lying about things. I don’t trust them. Some things that are cheap, are not worth it.

  Ordered a 18 inch superman figure, paid, confirmed order, waited, what did I get... a harley quinn figure.
  Called up customer service, they verified that I ordered a superman and don't know how the order numbers didn't match.. they claimed that they show I ordered the superman, yet the order number on their screen is for the other figure... also told me that superman is no longer avaailable and now I have to send it back to get a refund.... such a waste of time...

  I ordered many items including 4 queen bed sheets for my FL vacation home. That queen sheet could not fit my standard queen mattress, but another set bought from Costco fits perfectly. Try to return these 4 queen sets, this company ask me to pay for return shipping, and cannot returned the one washed, as it is considered as used, even though it is defective.
  
  Further check the item and found it was a mixture of queen flat sheet but Full fitted sheet. Wrote a review on their own website, but never get published. Seem like they only allow good reviews to be posted. As such, I will not trust this company anymore.
  
  Save yourself some trouble, avoid KidsWhs all together for its bad customer service.
